Testimonials 2011
'Thanks for a splendid tour of the Normandy beaches. Very instructive, very entertaining and at all times absorbing. It is clearly evident, you have put much time into planning and the five days of the tour progressed without a hitch. The access to private properties and the presentations by other contributing guides provided valued additions. Agincourt and Crecy visits were unexpected and provided a contrasting bonus. I now have a hugely better grasp of the landing. Well done Graeme and Ali!' 'Excellent, very informative and enthusiastic guiding. A great group who gelled well' 'Guiding - excellent, very informative and amusing. A really great tour, even more enjoyable than last year's Great War tour to Ypres which we did not think was possible. A great crowd and many thanks' 'Guiding Excellent... everywhere. This has been a superb tour which has well exceeded our expectations. Certainly up to the standard of the tour of Ypres.' 'Excellent. An unmissable experience'. Waterloo & Ypres - A Tour for the Gaszner Family 26-28 June 'Thank you very much for the series of presentations you gave on the battle of Waterloo .... not only were they extremely well put together and informative, but you presented them in an engaging and professional manneer. Our two guests, the Lord Lieutenant and Brigade Commander thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the Commanding Officer has asked me to pass on her thanks for for a set of entertaining and infomative vignettes. I found the tour to be extremely interesting with highly knowledgeable and interesting characters in the group. It is always good to be amongst fellow enthusiasts. The great thing about touring with Coopers Waterloo Tours is that there is always something unexpected which occurs (in a nice way!) such as the Fuentes 200th re-enactment and best of all the entry into Wellington’s HQ.
